I have used Alphonse Commerce (AC) on two occasions and on both occasions I have been really disappointed. The first time, Hoby the DIrector of AC only delivered half of my order and then provided a quote for shipping which turned out to be twice the price of the original quote. In the end when I refused to pay I complained to Alibaba and her unscrupulous ways resulted in her being removed from the Alibaba site. Finally, I received my goods and so I made the mistake of working with this supplier again and the service was even worse than the first time. Initially AC wrote to me in order to offer that they would complete a new order for me and if they delivered late then they would provide a £50 rebate for each week that they were late. So we agreed on the terms and began production in March. We had agreed on delivery in May. After 4 weeks the Director Hoby wrote to say that the goods were ready to deliver and sent pictures of the completed goods. There were issues with some of the bags so I asked for some changes to be made and to provide confirmation when the goods were done. Again, Hoby sent pictures of the revised goods and said that they were ready to be sent. Hence, I paid for the full order and arranged the shipping. When I arranged the collection of the goods AC continued to delay the pick up. In the end 4 weeks after receiving all of my funds, Hoby told me that the goods were not completed and that they would need an additional 3 weeks to complete. In essence, the end of July after summer when the goods were to be delivered ad the main selling season. She had lied in order to obtain my money without goods. I have now cancelled the order as the delay in delivery has ultimately cost me two contracts. And although AC has not delivered Hoby has not refunded my money in essence she has committed fraud. BEWARE OF THIS SUPPLIER AS SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER AND THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY! BE CAREFUL
